Hi, I'm Vanessa.
Everything DiSC® Certified Facilitator
I'm a learning and development professional, Everything DiSC® facilitator, and people-first consultant with experience spanning human resources, executive support, and employee development in both corporate and public-sector environments.
Working alongside leaders and teams has shown me firsthand the difference it makes when people understand one another, recognize each other's strengths, and have the tools to succeed. I founded LiftedTeams to turn those insights into meaningful learning experiences that drive real results.
My goal is simple: Create engaging, practical learning experiences that strengthen communication, inspire confident leadership, and help teams perform at their best.

Do you offer virtual, hybrid, or on-site workshops?
Yes! LiftedTeams offers virtual, hybrid, and on-site learning experiences to meet your organization's needs.
For on-site engagements, any applicable travel and accommodation expenses are billed to the client and clearly outlined for approval in advance as part of your proposal.
Can sessions be customized to our company's specific goals?
Absolutely. Customization is at the heart of what we do. We'll learn about your team, goals, and challenges, then tailor the content, activities, and delivery to fit your organization.
Whether your priority is communication, leadership, conflict navigation, or team performance, we'll build a practical learning experience around the outcomes that matter most to you.
What is Everything DiSC®?
Everything DiSC® is a research-backed workplace assessment and learning experience that helps people better understand their behavioral preferences, communication styles, and how they interact with others. It builds self-awareness and provides practical insights for more effective collaboration.
For workshops that use Everything DiSC®, each participant completes an individual assessment before the session. Those insights help us tailor the activities and discussions to the unique mix of styles on your team. Assessment profiles are priced separately.
Are Everything DiSC® assessment profiles included in workshop pricing?
No. Everything DiSC® assessment profiles are priced separately from workshop fees. For any workshop using Everything DiSC®, each participant must complete their assessment before the session so we can tailor the experience to your team.
Everything DiSC® Workplace assessments are currently $100 per participant. Specialized assessments may be priced differently. All assessment costs are itemized in your proposal.
What is included in the workshop fee?
Each engagement includes a complimentary discovery consultation, agreed workshop preparation and customization, professional facilitation, and practical learning activities. Specific materials, follow-up support, and deliverables vary by package and are outlined in your proposal.
Everything DiSC® assessments (when applicable), approved travel expenses, and any expanded scope are quoted separately.
